Designing and Building is a collaborative process. Our recipe combines the talents of those to whom we have become associated while producing a highly creative yet predictable outcome. 

My role is that of an instigator: I apply my 45 years of experience to each new opportunity and set ideas in motion, both in terms of how buildings get built and how they look. The initial act of design is critical, but the ability to nurture ideas is far more difficult but just as important.

This process is too significant and complex to rely on individual talents alone. We establish a framework from the beginning by asking our clients to identify in writing their vision and we ask them to place a monetary value on the proposed project.  The most important collaborations occur when our clients care deeply about the work and take the time to share in the process of its creation and realization. This website reflects a select body of work and illustrates the extraordinary outcomes that will happen when this essential connection is made.
